This policy has been written with a view to give our users/customers the right to know how we collect information and data, the intended use and what can you do to revoke the data access that you have already provided to us. Conzia is a product of Conzia GmbH which is a company registered in Berlin, Germany under German Law.
Terminologies used in this policy:
1. Conzia GmbH (“Conzia.com”, Conzia”, “we”, “us” or “ours”) is the company registered under German Law and collects data in accordance with the guidelines as described in this policy.
2. Personal data is any date which relates to any natural person that can be identified via this data.
3. Customer or user of Conzia is any legal company or the private person with whom we are doing business.
4. Service providers and messaging channels are 3rd party apps and platforms integrated with our solution for example Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, Line, Telegram, Shopify, Wx etc.
5.Service/Product/Dashboard/WebApp refers to the product of Conzia which is based in cloud.
Conzia GmbH is a company based in Berlin, Germany. We are building a Communications Platform as a Service. Our platform is flexible enough to integrate 40 plus other messaging APIs, CRMs, CMSs, Marketplaces, and thus offer one solution for unified customer support.
Our dashboard (web app) is based in the cloud and allows our users and customers to store, analyse, and make use of data for the business purpose. The users and customers of our product can also send and receive the messages via various 3rd party apps integrated into our system. Conzia GmbH protects the data that is collected in the course of our business and on behalf of our customers.
At Conzia GmbH, we collect the data for the following purposes:
1. To develop our product.
2. To run and manage the product.
3. To communicate new features about the product to you.
4. Collecting payment for the product.
5. To improve our product.
6. To provide you all the functionality and features of the product.
7. Hiring and recruiting.
8. Providing marketing materials, material for using our product and its features, etc.
9. To better understand your needs.
10. To send you promotional emails containing the information we think you will find interesting.
11. To contact you to fill out surveys and participate in other types of market research.
12. To customize our website according to your online behavior and personal preferences.
Children under 16 are not our target customers and please send a message if you get to know about any such instance at marketing@conzia.com. Our privacy policy does not put any limit on the use of data as long as it is de identified and not linked to any individual identity. Conzia collects following types of data:
1. Our API enables our customers to link various messaging channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Viber, Instagram etc. to our platform. Each messaging channel transmits certain data to us such as First and Last Name, Email, Location, IP, Image, Username and others. This type of data collection depends on the privacy policy of the messaging channel and the privacy setting of the user.
2. Agents information such as the name and image of the agent.
3. Messages data may or may not contain the personal data. This data comes from the messages which are sent via our product.
4. Data about devices and services such as operating system, device ID, AppsIDs, unique device identifiers, etc.
We do not sell, transfer or disclose your data to any 3rd party as practice except:
1. We may transfer your data to a service provider for the purposes mentioned in clause 5.
2. The service providers can process the data on our behalf and instructions only.
3. These third party providers include technical operations such as data storage services, customer support software tools, messaging APIs, messaging services, messaging channels. Compliance with local Laws.
4. Conzia and our local Canadian, US, European, Asian and Australian and other Service Providers may share or disclose Personal Data to comply with legal or regulatory requirements and to respond to lawful requests, court orders and legal process.
5. We may share your data to protect fraud or in connection with any investigation related to fraud and ensure safety.
You can request to update your personal data that you have provided on our website. We can also request some personal information for the purpose of identification. Any inquiry coming from any individual to access or update any data will be redirected to the particular customer on whose behalf we have collected that data.
Conzia GmbH makes sure that your data is well protected and cannot be misused and accessed by any unauthorized person.

Conzia will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
