I’m Zahid, founder and CEO of Conzia. I’m an entrepreneur, business builder, AI implementation strategist, marketing specialist and eCommerce expert. I’m open to joining podcasts to share practical, honest insights from my journey building and scaling businesses across AI, e-commerce, Shopify, marketing, and digital entrepreneurship.
I didn’t start with a perfect plan or a guaranteed opportunity, I started with burnout. I followed the traditional career path, took on more responsibility, and from the outside it looked like success. Internally, the pressure and lack of freedom became impossible to ignore. Leaving corporate life wasn’t easy, there was no roadmap and no certainty it would work. What I had was a willingness to learn, experiment, and take responsibility for the outcome.
I learned how businesses actually work, market research, offers, positioning, customer acquisition, and went on to build and contribute to multiple seven-figure businesses. I’d love to discuss:
Revenue is only one part of the picture. A growing business has to manage people, systems, marketing, cash flow and quality, and growing too fast without the right infrastructure can hurt you more than help you. I like talking about what a strong business actually needs:
I built and managed businesses while travelling and working across countries, which meant learning to lead remotely, communicate across cultures, and build systems that didn’t depend on me being in one office. It’s not as glamorous as it looks, it takes discipline and strong operational control. Topics I can speak to here:
For me, leadership isn’t measured by revenue or job title, it’s accepting responsibility for people, decisions and outcomes. Unclear expectations, avoided decisions, and missing systems are what break growing teams. I enjoy conversations on:
Business growth is personal growth. I’ve had fast periods and disappointing ones, ideas that worked and ideas that failed, and I’ve learned that failure is usually just information about the product, offer, market, or execution. I like helping people move past beliefs like “I’m not technical enough” or “I need a lot of money to start.” Topics I speak on:
Marketing has been central to everything I’ve built, but it starts with understanding the customer, not with ad spend. A great product without positioning and acquisition can go unnoticed. I like talking about:
I never treated AI as a passing trend, I saw it as a fundamental shift in how businesses get built, marketed and scaled. I’ve implemented AI across marketing, research, content, customer communication, training and operations in my own companies, and I know where it creates real value and where human judgment still matters. I’d love to discuss:
There’s a real difference between using ChatGPT for a caption and building a genuinely AI-powered business. The better question isn’t “how can we use AI”, it’s “which business problem are we solving, and can AI solve it faster or better?” I like exploring how AI supports:
Rolling out AI in an established business is a leadership project, not just a tech project, people respond differently, and leaders have to create clarity around why, where and how it’s used. I speak on the human side of this shift:
AI doesn’t replace people, but it massively increases what one founder or a small team can pull off, research, content, positioning, feedback analysis, all of it. It’s lowering the barrier to entrepreneurship, especially for first-time founders and nontechnical people. Still, an AI-generated plan isn’t a business, execution and customer proof still matter. Topics here:
My background in Shopify, Amazon FBA, dropshipping and digital marketing gives me a hands-on view of where AI actually helps eCommerce sellers, and where it can quietly hurt trust if the output isn’t reviewed. I like getting into:
This is where I’ve seen AI create the most immediate value, turning one idea into campaign angles, emails, scripts and posts across platforms. But generic prompts give generic output, and when every competitor uses the same tools the same way, everything starts sounding identical. The edge still comes from original insight and positioning. I speak on:
A lot of people have heard AI is changing business but don’t know where to start. I focus on closing that gap, helping people research ideas, build content systems, automate repetitive work and actually review AI output with judgment, without needing to become an engineer. Topics:
Through Conzia, social media, webinars and workshops I’ve helped build a global network of more than 50,000 people interested in entrepreneurship, AI, marketing and online business, aspiring founders, freelancers, sellers and career-changers navigating a lot of conflicting advice. I break business building into practical steps: selecting a market, creating an offer, generating traffic, converting customers, and using AI responsibly along the way.
I believe entrepreneurship shouldn’t be limited to people with elite degrees or big capital. I teach professionals, parents, immigrants and first-time founders that business building is a learnable set of skills, research, offers, digital tools, advertising, and reading your own results. I encourage people to start realistic: a small store, one income stream, one validated idea.
I think entrepreneurship creates real social value when knowledge and opportunity are made more accessible, jobs, skills, and more control over people’s professional lives. My focus is practical empowerment: helping people think independently, avoid unrealistic promises, and build businesses that solve genuine problems rather than chase trends.
AI is changing how people work and which skills stay valuable, and I’d rather help people adapt than watch them respond with fear. A marketer can test more ideas with AI, a business owner can automate admin, a professional can turn expertise into a digital business. I try to make this accessible to people without formal business or technical backgrounds.
I’m optimistic about AI, but I don’t think the future of business is fully automated. As more companies use the same tools, human qualities, trust, empathy, judgment, creativity, become more valuable, not less. AI can generate messages, but businesses still need an authentic voice; it can suggest strategy, but founders still own the consequences.
Having built businesses across different markets, I’ve seen how customer behavior and business culture shift country to country, a strategy that works in one market often needs real adaptation in another. I like discussing:
I combine personal storytelling with practical business experience, the emotional side of burnout and leaving a corporate career, and the operational side of ads, systems, eCommerce and AI implementation. I enjoy conversations that go beyond surface-level success stories and focus on what actually worked, what failed, and what entrepreneurs can learn from it.
I’m Zahid Muhammad, an entrepreneur, business builder, AI implementation strategist, marketing specialist, eCommerce expert and founder and CEO of Conzia. After burning out in the corporate world, I left traditional employment and built multiple seven-figure businesses while travelling internationally, leading multicultural teams and growing a global community of more than 50,000 people. I’ve steered multiple businesses through AI implementation across marketing, research, content, customer communication, training and operations, and today I teach entrepreneurs how to combine AI, leadership, marketing and mindset to build companies in the digital economy.
If you host a podcast for entrepreneurs, founders, business owners, investors, or AI enthusiasts, I’d be happy to connect for a practical, honest conversation about entrepreneurship, AI implementation, leadership, marketing, mindset, eCommerce and building companies across borders. I share lessons from real businesses, real teams, and a community I genuinely value.
