Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance our clients’ online presence, drive engagement, and achieve marketing goals. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and the unique needs of eCommerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to clients' business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Oversee social media content calendars, ensuring consistent posting schedules.
  • Monitor social media accounts, engage with audiences, and respond to comments/messages promptly.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media platform updates, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage paid social campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Identify and leverage influencer partnerships where relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience of 2 years as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within an agency or eCommerce setting.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts.
